We follow the American Academy of Pediatrics Schedule

It recommends that children from newborn to first birthday be seen for their well-child checkup according to this timetable:
Newborn, 3-5 days, 1 Month, 2 Months, 4 Months, 6 Months, 9 Months and 12 Months.

And after their first birthday until kindergarten according to this timetable:
15 Months, 18 Months, 24 Months, 30 Months, 3 Years.

Children and adolescents ages 4 to 18 years should have a well child checkup once each year.
